We are fortunate to have worked with Frans Lanting and Chris Eckstrom in printing their vision through the years, and we're especially excited to be involved in their Bay of Life exhibit, featuring spectacular images spanning the Monterey Bay region. This collection of printed work mirrors the book, and will be traveling through various locations including B&H's OPTIC West, where Frans will present as a keynote speaker. Follow along as we produce these stunning prints to be viewed by a wide audience of photographers and nature lovers, and learn from Frans as we share about this amazing project.
About the Bay of Life
Frans and Chris have published a new book, Bay of Life: From Wind to Whales, featuring exclusive work produced around the Monterey Bay region, from the famous big surf break at Maverick’s to the spectacular Big Sur coast. This includes images from the massive fires of 2020 and behind-the-scenes coverage of Big Basin’s recovery, as well as iconic wildlife from secretive mountain lions to majestic blue whales.
As their chosen print provider, Bay Photo is proudly producing 60+ beautifully Framed Prints to be on display. All images will be printed on Exhibition Fiber Fine Art Paper and framed with our classic Black Box Frame, some displaying a White Double Mat.
