Bordered Canvas Wraps to Suit Your Unique Style

5 Border Effects Give Your Image the Spotlight

A Natural Wrap for your Fine Art Canvas display is a classic choice, but you or your clients may prefer to show the entire image on the face of the Wrap. With 5 alternative border effects, there’s no need to sacrifice any of your image to a wrapped edge. Our professionally trained Color Correctors will ensure that the chosen border works well with your image. Let’s take a closer look at each border style...

A Solid Accent to Your Image

SOLID BORDERS are a simple and timeless option to allow the full crop of your image to be displayed on the front panel of your Canvas Wrap. With a color picker, you can choose from a wide range depending on which color complements your photo best. Solid Color borders are perfect for any type of image, as well as Clusters and Splits or Float Framed Canvases.

Look Into the Mirrored Edge

MIRRORED IMAGE BORDERS with optional fade to any color (white shown) are a stylish way to extend your image around the edges of your Canvas. Although not recommended for portraiture where the subject is close to the edge, this beautiful effect lends itself well to scenic shots and artwork.

Another Stretch for Canvas

DIGITAL STRETCH BORDERS feature a contemporary look created by digitally stretching the pixels from your image to the back of each stretcher bar. This is a creative and visually pleasing alternative to more traditional border styles like Solid Color. Also available with a fade to any color (white shown).

"I love printing on canvas because of its rich color and the detail it retains. I also feel that it has a more natural look than other print surfaces. I prefer using a solid colored border because I always like to display the full image when possible. I also like how the solid border gives the look of having a flush frame."

It’s A Wrap, If You Prefer

A NATURAL WRAP is naturally our default option for Canvas, because it has historically been the cornerstone of creating a true fine art look on museum quality Canvas. Automatically cropping in on your image, Natural Wraps can inherently tend to bring more focus to the subject matter in the center of your image.

Stretched to Perfection

Our 3 STRETCHER THICKNESSES allow you to choose the profile that works best with the display space, or best suits your clients’ taste. Available in ¾”, 1½” and 2½” depths, we build all stretcher frames with the durability to support the tightest stretch, for a flawless print.
